RNT has taken the signature deep raspy sound of their original Daisy Cutters, and mixed it with a touch of soft whiney back pressure that is so often associated with finishing type calls. The DC “Mondo” was developed after a style of calling that built it’s reputation on putting “Mondo” wads of ducks in the woods. This call is reminiscent of the Cut Down Key Hole calls made famous by guides hunting high pressured, public ground ducks in the hardwood bottoms of Arkansas and Louisiana. The Mondo has a very short insert that creates very little back pressure which allows the call to produce that hard,loud, raspy lick of a a mallard hen, as well as that trademark loud squeaky chatter desired by the guides on these public areas. This call was used to win the 2008 World Live Duck Championship (under Echo brand).  This is 3 time World Live Duck Champion Kent Cullum’s favorite call.  The volume of this call can scream to give you long range but it has a lot of hold and is easy to operate.  It will also whine and beg and give you the raspy and nasally sounds of a Mallard hen.  This call will do it all!
